specified section of the railway line is planned under the Modernization of Railway Route 4, Golubovci\u2013Bar (Main Project), on the East Mediterranean Corridor, and is financed by the European Union through the Western Balkans Investment Framework, Infrastructure Project Facility, Technical Assistance 9 (IPF9), with reference number WB21-MNE-TRA-01, under contract number TA2018149 R0 IPA.<\/p><p>\u201cThe project is part of (i) the planned extension of the Core Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) corridor between neighboring countries (Montenegro \u2013 Serbia) to better connect the Port of Bar with TEN-T corridors VII and X, and (ii) SEETO Main Network Route 4 [Vr\u0161ac (SRB \u2013 border with Romania) \u2013 Belgrade (SRB) \u2013 Bar (MNE)]. traffic management systems (when conditions allow)<\/li><li>Implementation of modern traffic management systems, where conditions permit<\/li><li>The effective length of the required number of
